By accessing or using our website, services, or booking a session with The Play & Say SC, you agree to the following terms:

All services are provided by licensed professionals in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full session fee.
Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if necessary for clinical, ethical, or legal reasons.

By participating in services provided by The Play & Say SC, you acknowledge and agree that all services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
The Play & Say SC is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our services, except as required by law.

By scheduling or participating in a teletherapy session, you consent to receiving services via a HIPAA-compliant video platform.
You understand that teletherapy carries certain risks, including but not limited to technical issues and limitations in observation.
You agree to ensure a quiet, safe, and private space for sessions and are responsible for securing your internet connection and technology.

All content on our website, including logos, materials, and branding, is the property of The Play & Say SC and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
